Lindsay Kay Hayward aka Isis the Amazon is hands down the biggest female professional wrestler of all time. She is what we would call a real giant who would stand out in a crowd of thousands of people. What is more, she is also the "tallest actress in a leading role" certified by Guinness World Records which listed her height at 6'9".
Now that is some serious height - especially for a woman. If she were a man - add half a foot to her height (normally the height difference between men and women is 5 inches but up here it could very well be on the range of 6 inches), which would send her up all to way to 7'3" - that is taller than the second tallest WWE wrestler of all time - Jordan Omogbehin (7'2" in real life), and only a few inches shorter than the Godzilla of WWE - Giant Gonzalez (7'7").
Unfortunately, things don't remain the same with time - as is the case with human height. Due to a slipped spinal disk, Ms. Hayward has lost 3/4 inches in height - though she looks to have lost some more height by now.
Where her weight is concerned, as a high school basketball player Ms. Hayward was listed at 6'9" (220 lb) at the age of 14, though at her peak she must have weighed at the very least 250 lb (113 kg).
