"I always say YCDA: you can do anything. If you want to be a successful actor, you have to believe in yourself more than anything else, and don't let anybody tell you that you cannot do it because you can."
~ Michael Clarke Duncan
There are not many people in the world who can be legitimately called a "mountain of muscles" - Michael Clarke Duncan was one such man. He is no longer with us -- but he was by all accounts a person with a good but big heart...
About Michael Clarke Duncan's Real Height
Michael was a huge man - muscular like a bull, if not exceptionally tall. In the movie The Green Mile, he was made to stand on a platform to make him seem even bigger. One of the guards in the movie - David Morse (that sneaky-looking great actor) was around his own height.
When compared with The Rock, who was 6'3" at that time (The Scorpion King 2002), Mr. Duncan was clearly taller than him by at least 1.5 inches - but looked generally much bigger because of his muscles. Mr. Duncan himself had claimed to be 6'4" or 6'5" at one time or another.
Therefore it is safe to assume that he was definitely between those two numbers. His peak weight was around 360 lb (163 kg) - which would put many pro wrestlers to shame. A comparable person to his size today would be Bob Sapp - a bad fighter but a mountain of muscles as well...

6'4½" or 194 cm
