World-famous actor and former pro wrestler, Dave Bautista is a big man through and through -- one of his nicknames in his wrestling days was Leviathan. He looked like one too -- towering over lesser men and looking just too big and too scary to exist. The monster word be can be used comfortably to describe Mr. Bautista (in a positive manner).
Anyway, Dave Bautista's "billed" height in WWE was 6-feet-5 inches -- sometimes even 6-feet-6 inches. Now we all know that WWE inflates its wrestlers' stats in the hope of making them look even bigger and thus scarier.
This practice is less common now but there was a time when WWE would add nearly half a foot to some of its wrestlers' height, like a 5-feet-10 inches tall Kurt Angle used to be listed as 6-feet-2 inches tall.
After taking a careful look at Dave Bautista, we think that's the case here as well -- though to a lesser extent. Mr. Bautista is big but not quite 6-feet-6 inches tall.
We compared Dave Bautista's height to a number of other wrestlers of similar size like Triple H (6-feet-2 inches), John Cena (almost 6-feet-1 inches), Mark Henry (6-feet-2 inches), William Goldberg (6-feet-2 inches), and we came to the conclusion that the best number to describe Dave Bautista's height would be 6-feet-3 inches... he seems to be just as tall as The Rock used to be... until The Rock lost half an inch.
This makes Dave Bautista around an inch taller than Chris Pratt (6'2"), around an inch shorter than Lee Pace (6'4"), and just as tall as someone like Chis Hemsworth (6'3").
