There was Hitler in Germany and then there was Mussolini in Italy -- a big dictator of the world war 2 era -- and like all dictators Benito Mussolini was short. We are just saying this for effect, actually like Hitler and Stalin (5'6" or 167.6 cm), Mussolini was more or less average tall for his time and country.
Benito Mussolini's height is listed as either 5'6" or 5'7" on most of the websites on the internet. Our own opinion is that he looked close to the 5'6" range -- a couple inches shorter than his pal Hitler who was 5'8½".
But there is no need for guesswork as there is official documentation available on his height. In Benito Mussolini's arrest sheet his height is listed as 169.2 cm (5 ft 6.6 in). Such a precise listing could be anything but incorrect.
